COMMUNICATION IN THE COVID WORLD. IF YOU’RE GOING TO SEND SOMETHING – THEN MAKE IT WORK FOR YOU.

We explain the differences between talking, and communicating, and how in a virtual world, you need to sharpen up your outreach. We show how to do it.

Here at CRt, we receive some 20 unsolicited emails, from companies wanting our attention, – every day. I don’t mind that – up to a point. What I mind, is that the emails, and other announcements that we receive, just do not grab my attention. Worse, most are badly conceived, and even if I look at them, they do not tell me why whatever it is they are saying, justifies my attention. I have roughly three seconds to make a decision in each case.

But I will take cursory look, minimum, just in case.

The question though is – why is it essential for you now, to take a hard look at how you try to communicate at a distance, with your customers and your prospects. The answer is – because this is all you’ve got. You cannot go see people any more.

Here are the THREE essential steps that you might like to take:

1. Understand that your customers DO ned to hear from you. Make sure you have some regular Update way off getting out there. People do “get” that you cannot see them and they will probably be at their homes anyway.

2. Take on board that business carries on anyway. The fact that people may be at home, does not mean that business stops. We have had our best year, this year, and we stopped travelling way back last February.

3. Do NOT write your Content and material yourself. You are too close to the action. Let us at our Press area, create your Articles and other Content. We use our ProfoMedia press agency site, as our vehicle for creating Comic Books, for Banks; Video Interviews for Insurance companies,- be original. We pioneered our 3-second Video Interview, for example, as way for you to reach out, but in a simple and easy way.

And finally, in the tangential world we currently inhabit, talk to us about linking you to a Charity, where supporters of the Charity will pay to read your material – and the revenues benefit all parties, including yourself. “Paid-For” Content is THE growing area of online business, You can be part of it.
